We draw from a network of programmers, production designers and branding specialists to select the right team for your project. Our size is our strength. It keeps us flexible, and allows us to select the right team member for each phase of your project. It also ensures that there is never an employee "just filling in" on a portion of your project. Our team members are chosen for their respective strengths and the confidence we have in them to get the job done on time and on budget.
We believe smaller teams are more effective. At Sway Design, your project is managed by an individual who coordinates your project’s development and confirms that all team members understand your overall goals and timetable for completion. We take a hands-on approach to every project we undertake, which puts your site at the center of our universe for the duration of its timetable.
Principal / Creative Director
Ellis Neder
Ellis Neder is founder and Creative Director of Sway Design. Ellis is a
graphic and interactive designer specializing in art direction, on-line
branding and web application development. Previously, he was the director
of the Young Artist's Academy in Seattle where he focused on educational
design and curriculum development. Ellis received his B.F.A. in fine art
from Parsons School of Design.
